Richard Junior Brown was born in Birmingham, England. Beginning in his youth up to this present time, the ministry of praise and worship emanates through him. He migrated to Canada in 1990 and began serving in Ministry not knowing the impact his ministry would have on the City of Toronto and the nation of Canada.  RJ. Brown ministries, birthed in Europe, has expanded beyond the nation of Canada, being received throughout the United States and the Caribbean where he is known for delivering dynamic Word and Worship ministry.

His educational goals led him to Tyndale University College and Seminary where he studied the Bachelors Degree in Religious Education. Utilizing the education he received, Pastor Brown worked with the City of Toronto for many years as a Counsellor specializing in Chronic Substance Abuse and Addiction.

Affectionately known as “The Chief Levite,” Pastor Brown has authored and produced many worship songs that continue to bless the Body of Christ around the world, more recently he wrote and performed on his debut live worship Project, “Heart of a Worshipper,”  produced by Zhanre Music.

In line with his divine destiny, Kingsway Community Life Centre was birthed as a ministry dedicated to loving people back to life and destiny.

Pastor Richard J. Brown and his wife Paula are proud parents of four children: Monique, Jazmin, Daijohn and Xavier. The couple has also served as surrogate parents for many other children in the church and community.
